The real property is located in the village of Łęczyna 1a in the administrative district of Stara Dąbrowa, within Stargard County, West Pomeranian Voivodship. The direct neighbourhood of the real property covers the undeveloped areas intended for the investments, agricultural areas and areas built up with the agricultural production structures.

Description:
The real property consists of:

1. The right of ownership to the plot of land No. 315/1 with the total area of 3,2141 ha.
The site of the plot is flat with an irregular shape. The plot and the site with a group of containers are protected by steel wire fencing on steel posts. The real property has an access to the asphalt public road through an individual exit to the county road. There is no valid local spatial development plan for these areas.
The following objects are located on the plot: a group of LPG containers (20 pieces) together with a station of gas vaporizers and gas connection to the building, transformer station with power installation and lighting posts, rainwater sewage system, sanitary sewage system and septic tank, water supply system.
